Thanks for your feedback. What should we do if we've purchased this already? It was recently, so I can probably get my money back, if I can show that the license is invalid. But office is monthly or yearly subscription based. You can try to get your money back but I doubt it. You can install the Office 21 Pro Plus.
It may work for a long time or a short time. But eventually Microsoft will disable with a warning it has no licence. If the license is truly invalid, how can I show that to my credit card company? Why do you say Microsoft Office Professional Plus purchased online are not legitimate? Can't Microsoft do something about this scam? Seems like people are falling for it. I think these are scams because not much information. Few online sellers, like Amazon, In product description, clearly mentioned it's non refundable.
